おくりびと (Departures) is one of the best movie so far for 2009.Before I stepped into the theatre, I had never watched the trailer nor know anything more than its supposedly morbid theme. After the show, it was a very complex feeling though it was not a bad one.Albeit it is a memento mori kind of film, but the feeling of “Life” takes a huge percentage of my complex emotions.oh… and the soundtrack is superb.
本木雅弘 (Masahiro Motoki) is the cutest thing I’ve laid my eyes on, for a while.he looks so good with a cello; does he really know how to play one?I need to get the DVD when it’s out.~Orangeline
